2008 LTC Deadline Dates to Remember

Ernie Simmons Award Nomination Due	Monday, 28-Jan-2008
Online registration	Saturday, 22-Dec-2007 thru Monday, 18-Feb-2008
T-Shirt Design deadline	Monday, 31-Dec-2007
Final registration postmark deadline	Monday, 11-Feb-2008
Judges’ Enrollment Forms Due	Friday, 14-Mar-2008

Pre-convention postmark	Monday, 25-Feb-2008
Full refund available	Saturday, 1-Mar-2008
Scholarship application received by	Wednesday, 12-Mar-2008

2008 Convention dates	21-23 Mar-2008
Award corrections	Monday, 7-Apr-2008

Submission of Entries for Display - Submission of entries for display at the Convention (worship banners bulletin boards, scrapbooks, children's book and Christian art) will only be accepted from 2:00 - 5:00 p.m. on Friday, March 21, 2008.
Convention Opening Ceremony - The Opening Ceremony will be in Ballroom A & B Friday, March 21, 3:00 - 3:30 p.m..
Viewing of Displays - Viewing of Worship Banners, Bulletin Boards, Scrapbooks, and Christian Art will be Saturday (March 22, 2008) from 8:00 a.m. onward. Pre-Convention material will also be available for viewing at these times.
T-Shirt Sales - LTC T-shirts will be sold on Friday from 4:00 - 10:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 8:00 a.m. - 4 p.m. The T-shirt table will be set up inside the LTC Registration/ Information Area.
Display Entries Pick Up - Display entries can be picked up Saturday (March 22, 2008) after Celebration and all entries should be picked up by 9:00 p.m.
Convention Closing Ceremony - The Closing Ceremony (Celebration) will be held Saturday, March 22 from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. in the Pavilion.
Sunday Worship - Sunday morning worship service will be held in the Pavilion Sunday, March 23 at 8:00a.m. The services will be youth led and communion will be offered.
