(Christian Hall And Room Monitors/runners)

CHARMer’s is a great support in helping to make our LTC convention successful.

DESCRIPTION OF CHARMer’S DUTIES

1. Stand outside of an event door and DO NOT let anyone enter while the event is going on.
2. You may let anyone come in or out after the event has been completed and BEFORE the next event starts.
3. You may be asked to be a "Runner" This may entail:
   
   • Taking judges score sheets after an event to the tally room
   • Event Director may ask you to go to the judge coordinator and Request a judge for their event.
   • Assist congregations in getting their Christian Art, Bulletin Boards Etc. to the Christian Art room.
   • In the event an Event Director needs something from registration, you will go to registration and request the item needed.
   • Tally room may ask for your assistance.
   • You may be asked to find : LTC chairman, Event Director, Hotel Director, or any Board Member
   • You will be asked questions concerning the time and room that an event is scheduled, therefore, IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT YOU CARRY A CONVENTION SCHEDULE WITH YOU at all times and have it memorized as much as possible. This is important!
   • Celebration may request you to locate a Congregation coordinator

RESPONSIBILITES

• You need to have your CHARMers leader Jay Person’s cell phone number.
• If you need to leave your post that you have been assigned to, contact Jay and he will either relieve you or have someone relieve you.
• Jay will check on you every hour.
• Please advise Jay of the days and times you will be available before the start of the convention.
• Please contact Jay if for some reason you cannot keep the times you selected.
• Do not argue with any visitor/participant. Call Jay and he will come and either help you or call the chairman or event director.
• Wear your CHARMer’s t-shirt both days. NO SHORTS
• You need to report on Friday noon and Saturday morning at 7:30am

There is a CHARMer’s enrollment form on our web site under registration, it would be of great help if this was sent in two weeks before the convention.
