LTCSW 2010 HOTEL INFORMATION
The 2010 - 2012 LTCSW Convention will be held at the Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort.

Important Hotel Information:
- LTCSW Rate is $96 + tax ($107.78) per night is available 3 days before and 3 days after the convention!
- You can book your reservation on-line by clicking here or by calling 1-800-876-4683 and referencing the group code "LDC"
- You will be charged one night's room charges 30 days prior to the group's arrival date for each room you have reserved. For planning purposes, expect the charge to occur March 1st to the credit card on the reservation. You can also mail in the deposit directly to the hotel.
- We have 8 Ambassador Suites available at a rate of $146+tax per night.
LTCSW 2010 MEAL INFORMATION
There will be one meal provided by the hotel: Saturday's dinner/banquet. Each congregation will receive one banquet ticket for each registered participant. Additional banquet tickets can (and should) be pre-ordered through the registration process. A limited number of banquet tickets will be available for sale at the convention.
Congregations are on their own for the remaining meals during the LTC convention. The Hilton's West Courtyard is being setup for group meals to be consumed so we don't have to eat in the guest rooms. Please remember that we are not allowed to cook on property (in rooms, on patios).
