PURPOSE: To provide informed Judges for the LTC-SW Convention. Judges should be adults who are willing to devote a portion of the convention time to serve the participants.

PROCESS:

Each participating group will:

• Supply Judges for each Convention Event in which they have participants entered. Either complete the Judges Enrollment Form provided in your Registration package and mail to:

  or complete the Judges Enrollment Form on line (coming soon).

Your registration packet will not be complete without this form!

• For team events, submit at least one Judge for each team entered.
• For individual events, submit at least one Judge for every four participants entered (Bible Reading, Song Leading, Speech, etc.).

Judges must be enrolled by the Final Registration Deadline.

The Judging Director will:

• Ensure Judges are assigned to each event.
• Communicate in advance what events the Judges will judge.
• Designate the meeting place for Judges Meetings (if needed).
• Provide official Judging Forms to Event Directors.
