Important Schedule Information
PRE-CONVENTION EVENT entries are to be POSTMARKED BY MONDAY, February 25, 2008.
Submission of entries for display at the Convention (worship banners bulletin boards, scrapbooks, and Christian art) will only be accepted from 2 - 5 PM on Friday.
Send ONE representative with the completed Team Form for group entries in Bulletin Boards, Worship Banners, and Scrapbooks. Participants are requested to leave the room after submitting their material. (ONLY ONE adult from the congregation may submit the entries.) It is the responsibility of the PARTICIPANT to make sure the entry is ready (proper identification, etc.) and submitted on time.
CHRISTIAN ART PICK UP TIMES WILL BE PROVIDED WHEN THE ENTRIES ARE SUBMITTED.
VIEWING OF DISPLAYS - Viewing of Worship Banners, Bulletin Boards, Scrapbooks, and Christian Art will open SATURDAY at 8:00 a.m. Pre-Convention material will also be available for viewing at these times.
T-SHIRT SALES - LTC-SW T-shirts will be sold on Friday from 4-10 p.m. and on Saturday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. The T-shirt table will be set up inside the LTC-SW REGISTRATION/ INFORMATION AREA.
