Registration Information

RECEIVING THIS MANUAL DOES NOT REGISTER YOUR GROUP!

There are two ways to register your group.

1. Copy, fill out, and mail the Registration Packet Request Form found at the bottom of this page to:

   Registration materials will be sent to your group. The packet will contain all the necessary forms, instructions, and materials to register your entire group. There is no cost or obligation for requesting this packet. If you have any problems or questions about the packet, please call Vivia Simmons at (602) 371-1157 or e-mail her at viviaann@juno.com. She will be glad to help.
   
   
2. Go on line at the LTC Southwest web site: www.ltcsw.org. The web site contains all the necessary forms, instructions, and materials to register your entire group. You may register your congregation online at this web site beginning December 22, 2007.

   REGISTRATION FEE - The Registration Fee for LTC-SW 2008 is $40.00 for each young person who will be entered in any LTC-SW event. This fee covers the participant entry for pre-convention events, convention events, or both pre-convention and convention events. The fee does not include hotel costs or meal tickets. THERE IS NO REGISTRATION FEE FOR NON-PARTICIPANTS OR ADULTS.

   Send the fees for registration, meal tickets, and T-Shirts to the address above.

   Make checks payable to Leadership Training for Christ - Southwest Region (LTC-SW).

   REFUND POLICY - Application for refunds must be submitted in writing to Vivia Simmons. Full Refunds will be given if the request is postmarked no later than Saturday, March 1, 2008. After that date, no refunds will be issued.

   CONFIRMATION - Confirmation of registered participants will only be sent to the church coordinator if you do not register on line. For clarification or more information, please contact Vivia Simmons at (602) 371-1157 or e-mail her at viviaann@juno.com.

   NOTE - No one will be allowed to register for participation in the convention after the final deadline. If a person is not registered correctly, he/she will not be allowed to participate! The final schedule and the amount of awards necessary for those properly registered does not allow for flexibility of this policy.

   If there is some question about a participant being properly registered for a specific event, they may not participate in such event without written permission from Vivia Simmons of the LTC-SW Registration Office.

   SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION - Each year LTC-SW, with the generosity of Christian colleges and universities, awards Scholarships to deserving LTC-SW participants in the 11th and 12th grades. Those participants are encouraged to apply by completing the form provided. FOR SENIORS: scholarships are restricted to seniors who have applied and been accepted by the University.
