Meal Tickets

***This is information from the 2007 season. New information for 2008 will be coming soon.

This year the San Marcos Resort will be once again providing meals for the LTCSW Convention. For 2007 we have been able to keep the meal ticket prices the same as last year. In order to do this we have guaranteed the San Marcos that they will be serving a minimum number of meals so that it will be cost effective for us and them.

Please plan on buying meal tickets for your LTC participants, chaperones, parents, siblings, grandparents and whoever else may be coming with your congregation. Eating meals together is one of the few times that you can meet other people in a (somewhat) relaxed atmosphere!

Here are the details for the meal tickets:

We are going to offer 2 specific time periods for purchasing the meal tickets,

Today thru March 17th:
  • "Lunch/Dinner" ticket (3 meals) $18
  • "All Meals" ticket (5 meals) $25

These can be purchased for participants at the same time that they are registered online. For non-participants there is a separate online registration form where you can bulk order enough "Lunch/Dinner" or "All Meals" tickets for everyone in your group.

At the convention (April 6-8)

Note: Only a limited number of tickets will be available! Once they are gone then no more will be available.

  • "Lunch/Dinner" ticket (3 meals) $21
  • "All Meals" ticket (5 meals) $30

Note: No meal tickets will be sold from March 18th until the start of the convention.

Meal Menu

All meals will be served buffet style: the lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, mayo, mustard, ketchup are all separate so you can customize your own hamburger as you go through the line. Meals are intended to be of average size, such as one hamburger; one sandwich with 2-3 slices of meat; two tacos. Seconds will be made available the last ten minutes of each meal period. Those requiring additional food are welcome to purchase two meal tickets and/or bring snacks to supplement meals. Please remember that cooking is NOT allowed in the rooms. Meal tickets are required to enter the serving line.
