Note About Room Reservations – 2010

We are looking forward to a wonderful convention coming up soon. We have had a wonderful response concerning reservations for the hotel. If you have not made your reservations, please e-mail Jan Lemmons at the_mama@cox.net as our block of rooms is full and special arrangements will need to be made with our convention coordinator. We feel that the $96 room rate will be honored but we have no guarantee of room space for those reservations not yet made. It is important that this be taken care of immediately. Thank you.
