Volunteer to Help

Would you like to volunteer for LTC? We are in need of helpers in several different areas. Below is a list of positions we need filled. Please contact us if you would like to fill one of these by going to our contact page.

Convention Related Jobs

Tally Room Computer Operator: This person will be responsible for entering the results from the different events as they occur into a consolidated database. Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and the LTC events are necessary. Understanding databases will be a big plus.

Event Directors
(Formerly Event Coordinators)

Girls Song Leading Director: Open to any of our women, the grils song leading director will be in charge of organizing this event, corrodinating GSL judges during convention weekend and submitting final awards to the tally room.

New Events: Do you have an event idea that you would like to be the director for? We're always listening for new ideas, so let us know!

Jay’s C.H.A.R.M.ers

C.H.A.R.M.ers: Graduated high school students, LTC Alumni, or anyone who has "aged out" of the LTC age limit, to be a general helper for LTC and provide leadership through being a servant to others. Carrying on the leadership skills learned from LTC, the Torchbearers' responsibilities include door monitoring, floor monitoring, ushering, and / or being a runner. By the way, C.H.A.R.M.ers is an acronym for Convention Hall And Room Monitors!  For more information see our C.H.A.R.M.ers page.
