Dear LTCSW Family,

Hello! I trust that your summer has been a blessed time. And I trust that you are looking forward to a Fall filled with great moments and bounty. And I trust that you have been eagerly looking forward to the start of a new year in Leadership Training for Christ.

Our LTCSW Convention Year 2025 has officially begun. Let me provide you with some important information.

  • Dates to Remember for CY 2025 are available at https://www.ltcsw.org/wp/dates-to-remember/. I have also attached a .pdf and .jpg image file with these dates to this email.
  • Event rules and forms have been update for our new convention year. Visit https://www.ltcsw.org/wp/events/ to review event rules. NOW is the time to work on pre-convention events. Work in these events is due for submission by March 6, 2025.
  • We have some new events! Song Writing is a new pre-convention event. Written Word is a new convention event. Recruit your kids to participate in these.
  • Resources for events, including training videos for sign language, study materials for Bible Bowl, and other valuable helps will be posted at https://www.ltcsw.org/wp/resources/ as they become available. Check the website often.
  • Visit our Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/groups/362033558455 for announcements, promotions, and other information. Please feel free to post information and photos from your local LTCSW program.
  • What will our 2025 t-shirt look like? Encourage your kids to create a design for submission. The turn-in deadline is January 23, but why put off until tomorrow what you can do today?
  • We need new churches and families to join us in the fabulous ministry that is Leadership Training for Christ Southwest. Share the news about who we are. Help us grow our family.
  • The Reservation Portal for the DoubleTree will open on October 1 for overnight bookings. A link will be available on our website starting then.

Please keep us updated with your contact information and for the various leaders in your local LTCSW ministry. Keep us advised of changes to church coordinators and event directors and of people that you would like added to this email.
