Schedule for 2026 LTCSW Convention – April 3-5, 2026

Registration Closes: February 12, 2026

Registration to participate in Leadership Training for Christ Southwest (LTCSW) begins at the local level and is typically organized through a participating church under the direction of a church coordinator. The coordinator oversees registration and manages participation for the youth in their congregation.

However, if your church is not currently involved in LTCSW, families are welcome to participate independently. To do so, please contact Jeff Foster, president of the LTCSW Board of Directors. He can get you started and guide you through the registration process.

Using the Registration Portal

Church coordinators (or designated family leaders) receive login credentials to access the LTCSW REGISTRATION PORTAL. If you need login information or experience technical difficulties, please contact Brian Wendt, LTCSW website administrator.

Through the portal, you can:

  • Register your youth participants
  • Register Wee Love LTC participants (explained below)
  • Select events for each participant
  • Sign up judges and volunteers (C.H.A.R.Mers)
  • Purchase additional convention shirts
  • Print a receipt and payment instructions after completing registration

Registration Fees:

  • LTCSW Youth Participants: $100.00 per participant. This fee includes pre-convention and convention event participation, convention shirt, awards plaque and support for convention logistics.
  • Wee Love LTC Participants: $25.00 per participant. This fee includes recognation, materials and a shirt designed especially for our littlest participants.
  • Note: fees do not include lodging or meals. These costs are the responsibility of families or congregations. There is no fee to attend LTCSW convention events and activitirs as a spectator.
  • Registration and payment are required for all youth and Wee Love LTC participants.

Attending the convention in person is not required to participate in LTCSW. Youth may choose to participate only in pre-convention or non-performance-based events (art or written submissions).
