Event Directors
The various pre-convention and convention events that make up Leadership Training for Christ Southwest are led by men and women known as EVENT DIRECTORS. Event directors are tasked with coordinating their specific event, including the development of guidelines for participation, the evaluation of participants, and the facilitating of the convention session(s) related to their event.
