General Guidelines for Pre-Convention Events
- Participants MUST be registered by the registration deadline to qualify for participation in any Pre-Convention Event.
- All Pre-Convention Event entries MUST be postmarked by the pre-convention deadline. Pre-Convention Event entries should be sent to the Event Director in the manner outlined in the submission protocol included in the rules for the event.

- Pre-Convention Event awards will be included in the Convention “Go Home” Packet.
- All submitted materials become the property of LTCSW, which reserves the right to use the materials for promotion, instruction, or any other manner deemed appropriate by the LTCSW Board of Directors.
